Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and knowledgeable Member Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the credit union/banking industry and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. The Member Service Representative will be responsible for assisting members with their financial transactions, providing information about our products and services, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. This position features quarterly incentive and offers hybrid flexibility after 6 months.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist members in a professional and friendly manner
- Process member transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account transfers
- Educate members about our products and services, including loans, savings accounts, and online banking
- Resolve member inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Promote credit union/bank products and services to meet member needs
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and member interactions
- Adhere to all credit union/bank policies and procedures
